This policy seeks to compensate for personal injury by accident, and/or incapacity or death by occupational diseases specified under the Act in force at the inception of the policy. The policy will also indemnify the insured for cost and expenses of litigation recoverable by any claimant from the insured, and cost and expenses of litigation incurred with the written consent of the insurer. This is subject to the policy limits, conditions and exclusions and the relevant Workmen’s Compensation law.
